Responsibilities:<ul><li>Teaching:</li><li>Develop and deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Business Administration on the field of his/her expertise</li><li>Employ innovative teaching methods and instructional technologies to enhance student learning outcomes.</li><li>Provide mentorship and academic advising to students, fostering their intellectual and professional development.</li><li>Research:</li><li>Conduct original research in Business Administration or a related field, leading to scholarly publications in peer-reviewed journals, conference presentations, and other forms of dissemination.</li><li>Seek external funding opportunities to support research projects and initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues within the department and across disciplines to promote interdisciplinary research collaborations.</li><li>Service:</li><li>Participate in college committees.</li><li>Contribute to the development and assessment of academic programs, accreditation processes.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>A doctoral degree (PhD) in Business Administration or a closely related field from an accredited institution.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of Business Administration, evidenced by a strong record of scholarly publications, conference presentations, and research grants (Applicable for the position of Assistant Professor)</li><li>Teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, with a commitment to excellence in teaching and student-centered learning, will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a collegial academic environment.</li></ul>
