We are looking for: &nbsp;A QC Administrator that will be responsible for all clerical duties related to the updating and logging of technical documents according to business standards. Organizes and transmits information to people associated with the organization internally and has continuous communication with relevant stakeholders and departments.&nbsp;&nbsp;As a QC Administrator, you will:&nbsp;Create specimens and issue Certificate of Analysis; submission of relevant Certificate to Supervisor(s) and submission for approvalPromptly prepare certificates based on departmental priorities of the requested CoAs.; submission of relevant Certificate to Supervisor(s) and submission for approvalMonitor coordinate the department, following instructions, with the correct timeframes and inform the QC Analysts to provide their analysis and results on timeCollaborate with internal stakeholders, to support document management objectivesTraining in applicable softwares and computerised solutionsCreate and/or update the specimen of the CoAs with the current Pharmacopoeias.Appropriate deployment and archiving of documentation files in relevant designated areas at regular intervals What you will bring:&nbsp;Degree or diploma in secretarial studiesEase with laboratory softwareAccuracy and close attention to detailOrganisation skillsAbility to work with strict timelines and pressure to deliver daily tasks on timeWillingness to adjust on a full schedulePrevious experience is not a prerequisiteAny relevant experience will be considered an advantageAbility to work collaboratively in a teamExcellent command of the English LanguageKnowledge of Microsoft Office&nbsp;What’s in it for you?&nbsp;13th and 14th salary.Provident Fund.Group Medical Plan.Discount scheme.Gym access.&nbsp;If you are interested you can apply via our website: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://careers.remedica.eu/job/QC-Administrator/769-en_GB">https://careers.remedica.eu/job/QC-Administrator/769-en_GB</a>
