Marfields Group is a group of companies specializing in real-estate development, construction, hospitality &amp; property management sectors in Cyprus. Our Head Office is located in Limassol.Due to expansion of our activities, we are currently looking for a full-time Accountant to be based at our Head Office.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Process invoices and payments accurately and on time.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure documentation compliance.</li><li>Assisting in preparation and submission of quarterly VAT Reports.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance and/or LCCI qualified&nbsp;</li><li>Proven experience as an accountant (3+ years preferred).</li><li>Very good knowledge of the&nbsp;English language.</li><li>Knowledge of the VAT/Income Tax/Social Insurance laws of Cyprus.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.</li><li>Good organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Previous experience in a construction accounting department will be considered as advantage</li></ul>To apply for the vacancy, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:m.panagiotou@marfields.com">m.panagiotou@marfields.com</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;
