About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Manager to lead our Accounting department and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Leading and managing the Accounting team</li><li>Review of financial results and preparing monthly management accounts</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax / VAT regulations</li><li>Preparing and submitting VAT and VIES forms, performing income tax calculations</li><li>Cash flow management and cost saving techniques development</li><li>Manage payroll function, ensure compliance with social insurance and PAYE laws</li><li>Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, lawyers, bankers</li><li>Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis</li><li>Implementing and improving policies, financial controls and accounting procedures</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACA or ACCA preferred)</li><li>Previous experience as a financial manager or a relevant role</li><li>Very good knowledge of Greek and English languages</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Attention to detail and high level of responsibility</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite</li><li>Experience on SAP accounting system will be considered as an advantage</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits: &nbsp;Suitable candidates will be offered:<ul><li>Attractive compensation package</li><li>Bonus</li><li>Provident Fund&nbsp;</li></ul>Applications:Those interested in the above position, please send your CV to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:accounts@qualifood.com.cy">accounts@qualifood.com.cy</a> mentioning the position in question in the subject line of the email.&nbsp;
