We’d love to have you with us.&nbsp;We are looking for an energetic and industry experienced Head of VIP, who will be responsible for maintaining and growing player relationships, striving to increase player growth and retention.We are looking for a strong leader who has a logical and methodical approach to problem solving. This person will have a strategic mindset, both in people management and market performance, working to create the perfect environment for the highest level of VIP player management. The person who fills this role will need to have strong analytical skills and have worked on multiple markets and licenses. Leading a big team, impersonal skills and team management is essential.This is an office-based role in Cyprus.&nbsp;Duties and opportunities:<ul><li>Manage a large team of experienced VIP managers in multiple locations;</li><li>Experienced in reading data and monitoring market trends;</li><li>Implement player growth and retention strategies for multiple brands and markets;</li><li>Experienced in responsible gaming best practices;</li><li>Control the day to day activities and goals of the VIP department;</li><li>Monitor the quality of the VIP services provided to players;</li><li>Oversee the productivity of the VIP team;</li><li>Meet and exceed the VIP financial targets;</li><li>Communicate and liaise with other departments.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>At least 1 year experience in a Team Leader or Head Of role in the iGaming industry;</li><li>Data-driven decision-making ability with an analytical approach;</li><li>Setting and delivering KPIs for the VIP department;</li><li>VIP management experience is a must;</li><li>Proven experience of building and managing relationships;</li><li>Excellent communication skills;</li><li>Negotiation skills.</li></ul>We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to:<ul><li>Learning and development opportunities and interesting challenging tasks;</li><li>Official employment in accordance with the laws of Cyprus and the EU, registration of family members;</li><li>Relocation package (tickets, staying in a hotel for 2 weeks);</li><li>Company fitness corner in the office for employees;</li><li>Opportunity to develop language skills and partial compensation for the cost of language classes;</li><li>Birthday celebration present;</li><li>Time for proper rest and 24 working days of Annual Vacation;</li><li>Breakfasts and lunches in the office (partially paid by the company).</li></ul>Your potential + our support = success.
