Office Administrator

Responsibilities:This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:<ul><li>Deliver full-range administrative and secretarial assistance to management and departments.</li><li>Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the department.</li><li>Handle incoming calls, greet clients/visitors, and manage front desk responsibilities.</li><li>Prepare and process correspondence, reports, letters, and financial documents.</li><li>Maintain and update contact databases for employees, clients, suppliers, and partners.</li><li>Organise and manage filing systems to ensure accurate record keeping and easy retrieval.</li><li>Monitor office supply inventory and place orders for stationery, groceries, and equipment.</li><li>Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and ACS document pickups.</li><li>Support the Accounting and Audit departments with administrative and clerical tasks.</li><li>Liaise with banks and assist with corporate secretarial tasks for client portfolios.</li><li>Perform general office management duties and other tasks assigned by management.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:<ul><li>Diploma in Office Administration or in a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.</li><li>Excellent command of English and Greek (spoken and written).</li><li>Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.</li><li>Effective time management and multitasking ability.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to take initiative and work under pressure.</li><li>Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with travel logistics.</li></ul>&nbsp;Our firm offers:<ul><li>An attractive and competitive remuneration package in accordance with qualifications and practicable experience.</li><li>Bonus based on performance.</li><li>Flexible working hours.</li><li>Three days of paid sick leave per year.</li><li>Corporate parking paid by the company.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.</li><li>Training events that will help both your personal and professional development paid for by the company.</li><li>Participation in our various corporate events and activities.</li></ul>&nbsp;Application:If you are a motivated Office Administrator professional looking to advance your career and join a dynamic and growing team, please submit your resume, cover letter, and references to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:recruitment@splcy.com?subject=OfficeAdmin/1/2025">recruitment@splcy.com</a>.
