Job Description &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage all incoming and outgoing stock items with precision and in accordance with internal procedures.</li><li>Place orders, receive, inspect, and store all deliveries accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the storeroom.</li><li>Ensure accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.</li><li>Coordinate closely with all hotel departments to support smooth daily operations.</li><li>Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.</li><li>Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.</li><li>Assist in implementing and improving stock control systems and procedures.</li><li>Perform other relevant duties as assigned by hotel management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the F&amp;B department of a hotel or resort.</li><li>Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and stock keeping practices.</li><li>Familiarity with F&amp;B products, perishables, and proper storage requirements.</li><li>Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with My Inventory or Materials Control systems is an advantage.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li><li>Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for Cyprus.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career growth.</li><li>A supportive and dynamic working environment.</li></ul>
