We are seeking to recruit a Financial Controller to join our Team, carrying out his/her duties in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest accounting standards in accordance with the Group’s policies, procedures and standards.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinating with the team of accountants in recording the group’s transactions·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure the accurate and timely processing of the appropriate transaction documents·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Reviewing quarterly reports and reporting to management·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Organizing and monitoring the audit process·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaising with the other offices abroad, auditors and external advisors·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Working under strict deadlines·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensuring consistency of reports and timely quarterly closing accounting procedures·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensuring constant interface with management team·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Any other related Accounting/Financial tasks to support and assist Management&nbsp;Qualifications·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must be a qualified ACCA or ACA·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; University Degree in Accounting &amp; Finance/or other related degree·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2-3 previous experience in financial control across a group of companies or a similar position·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Very good knowledge of Greek and English language·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent Microsoft Office skills – Excel is a must·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of auditing practices and principles·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of Tax/VAT practices and principles·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of local corporate practice·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Understands and appreciates time sensitive engagements&nbsp;Personal Characteristics·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent interpersonal skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and high level of responsibility·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proactive individual·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work autonomously and/or within a team·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Projecting a positive, professional, and friendly image&nbsp;&nbsp;The company offers an attractive remuneration package, based on qualifications and experience.
