We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our partners at our Law Firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment. &nbsp;MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required</li><li>Preparing communications on behalf of a manager</li><li>Answering phone calls</li><li>Organising and planning meetings</li><li>Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings</li><li>Various ad hoc requests</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED<ul><li>A degree in secretarial studies will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE<ul><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek, English.</li><li>Well-developed time management skills</li><li>Computer literacy</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks with differing priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Have a pleasant personality.</li><li>Verbal and written articulacy</li><li>Professional discretion</li></ul>BENEFITSCandidates will be offered an attractive remuneration, including 13th salary. &nbsp;PROCEDURE AND DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONAll interested candidates should send their cv at careers@lawllt.com
