Our goal is to offer a 5 star hotel experience with a personal touch and we achieve this through attention to detail when it comes to office operations, willingness to exceed customer expectations when it comes to our corporate services and a strong believe in community building and its benefits.&nbsp;Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Serve as the point of contact (POC) for members and guests for any issues or assistance they may need.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Onboard new office members following and improving existing operational processes.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Solve member-related issues to ensure an excellent member experience.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Monitoring the front desk during operating hours, greet guests and assist members with their meetings, mailing and parcels.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for office operations and procedures such as daily walk arounds, weekly grocery shopping, meeting room booking and customer support.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Production and distribution of newsletters, planning of community events and other initiatives.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Set up and supervise community events.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Work with the other departments to assist with operations, maintenance and cleaning issues.&nbsp;Requirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry or in customer service, marketing or events·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;High level of English is crucial, Fluency in Russian is a plus.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Customer-centric and a people person·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Driven, dedicated and takes initiative and ownership.
