Currently, we are looking&nbsp;for an experienced&nbsp;Head of Treasury&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;Finance&nbsp;department in&nbsp;Limassol.&nbsp;This role will report directly to the CFO and will be responsible for overseeing and managing all treasury functions within&nbsp;bbf: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury management, with a focus on real estate development, and possess fluency in Russian, Greek and English.&nbsp;Main tasks and responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the&nbsp;budget, forecast, and reporting processes related to treasury costs, cash flow statements.</li><li>Oversee the onboarding process for&nbsp;bank accounts and manage payment processing&nbsp;workstreams.</li><li>Review and update&nbsp;KYC documentation and assess AML risks&nbsp;in accordance with client AML policy requirements.</li><li>Prepare and submit&nbsp;applications&nbsp;for&nbsp;financing&nbsp;and loans from banks</li><li>Monitor all loans and facilities&nbsp;across our established portfolios to ensure timely payments, compliance with ongoing lender requirements, and adherence to legal covenants.</li><li>Regularly review and&nbsp;update treasury policies&nbsp;and procedures, ensuring effective implementation through robust operational practices and systems.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation of all treasury-related financial data.</li><li>Assist with the&nbsp;analysis of new funding opportunities, including derivative structures and alternative covenant structures.</li><li>Take primary responsibility for&nbsp;managing relationships&nbsp;with lenders, banks, and consultants at the operational level.</li></ul>Requirements for the position:Key experience:<ul><li>Local treasury management experience, particularly within the real estate sector, in Cyprus is essential.</li><li>Experience in real estate development or management within European jurisdictions is highly beneficial.</li><li>Experience with AML/KYC due diligence is advantageous.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are advantageous.</li><li>Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft&nbsp;Office, SAP knowledge is advantageous.</li><li>Fluent in&nbsp;Russian,&nbsp;Greek, and English.</li></ul>We offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation package (13 salaries) with standard working hours (no overtime).</li><li>A dynamic and friendly working environment.&nbsp;</li></ul>All interested Candidates are kindly invited to submit their applications&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://bbf.bamboohr.com/careers/91?source=aWQ9MTU%3D">HERE</a>.
