E-CARS GROUP LTD is currently seeking to recruit for immediate hire a &nbsp;professional, responsible and dedicated individual for the position of Service &nbsp;Advisor, to be based at our Limassol garage.&nbsp; &nbsp;Job Summary:&nbsp;<ul><li>Making appointments, processing repair orders, quotes and &nbsp;invoices</li><li>Providing customer support via phone and face-to-face at the &nbsp;service station</li><li>Qualifying customer problems and logging them for technicians to &nbsp;review</li><li>Ensuring customer approval for all remedial work to be carried out</li><li>Promoting our range of vehicle parts and accessories</li><li>Internal coordination of service work to adhere to commitments &nbsp;made to customers</li><li>Estimating costs and time for work to be carried out, and &nbsp;maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle</li><li>Reporting to the After Sales Manager for a smooth assessment of everyday tasks of the garage</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;<ul><li>Proven excellent customer service and communication skills with a &nbsp;commitment to providing the best possible standard of customer &nbsp;service.</li><li>An outstanding attitude and passion for customer service.</li><li>Passion for Cars and technology.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work autonomously.</li><li>An enthusiastic, dynamic and team-orientated personality</li><li>Willingness to learn and develop and keep up-to-date with &nbsp;complex/ technical/product information.</li><li>Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.</li><li>Team player that offers help and support to others.</li><li>Driving License for other external jobs that might occurred</li><li>Computer literacy with a strong knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.</li><li>Knowledge of English is required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:&nbsp;<ul><li>13th salary</li><li>21 days paid holiday leave per year</li><li>Five-day work</li></ul>&nbsp;How to Apply:&nbsp;Interested candidates should submit their CV and a short cover letter at: <a href="mailto:backoffice@e-carscyprus.com">backoffice@e-carscyprus.com</a>
