Transfer Prising Senior Advisor On behalf of a client, a well-established law firm with 40 years of experience, we are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and driven individual for the position of Senior Associate to join our growing team. Objective The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience, particularly in projects involving intra-group services and intangibles, and will be confident leading projects (financing services and trading). Position’s Duties Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and deliver transfer pricing projects, including local file and master file preparation, benchmarking, and TP policy documentation.</li><li>Supervise and mentor junior team members, review their work, and support their professional development.</li><li>Lead functional and economic analyses for services and IPs across various industries.</li><li>Act as a key contact for clients, providing clear, practical TP advice aligned with OECD guidelines and Cyprus TP regulations.</li><li>Stay up to date with global and local TP developments and assist in internal knowledge sharing.</li></ul> Position’s Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in Transfer Pricing.</li><li>Strong understanding of OECD Guidelines, BEPS framework, and local TP regulations.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in transactions involving services and intangibles.</li><li>Proven ability to manage teams and review technical deliverables.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.</li><li>ACCA qualification (or in progress) will be considered a strong advantage.</li><li>Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.</li></ul> Employer’s Details Benefits<ul><li>13th salary</li><li>Provident fund</li><li>Discretionary bonus scheme</li></ul>Working hours:&nbsp;Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (with half hour break) &amp; Friday 8:00 am – 2:00 pmIf you are interested, please submit your CV through the provided link: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17495631390870069663xEU">https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17495631390870069663xEU</a>
