Noteris Services Limited on behalf of IronFX, is looking to hire a dynamic individual to assume the role of Payroll Officer.&nbsp;&nbsp;This role includes maintaining payroll records, handling payroll queries, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and labor laws, and collaborating with HR and Finance to support compensation-related processes.&nbsp;To apply please send your resume to: <a href="mailto:hr@noteris.com">hr@noteris.com</a> Job Description:<ul><li>Set up new employees, process changes and terminations</li><li>Track Employee payroll deductions (life insurance, taxes, advancements)</li><li>Compute fringe benefits, incentives, etc.</li><li>Reconciliation of other benefits provided by the company (overtimes, bonus etc)</li><li>Assist with the collection of medical insurance claims and providing to the insurance company</li><li>Help with paperwork related to immigration applications process</li><li>Assist the employees with any questions, clarifications may need regarding payroll matters</li><li>Provide to the global payroll providers all the details needed for the preparation of the payroll</li><li>Responsible for the proper and efficient filing of all documents relating to the above procedures</li><li>Implementation of the Internal Regulations and procedures of the Company</li></ul>Person Specification:<ul><li>University Degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field</li><li>Previous experience in a similar position is a must</li><li>IT literate (excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools)</li><li>Great attention to detail</li></ul>
