JOB VACANCY: HR GeneralistCandidate’s RoleMallouppas Group of Companies is seeking to recruit an experienced Human Resources Generalist for immediate employment at its Head Offices in Nicosia.The main responsibilities of the role include performing tasks related to the Group’s HR procedures such as:<ul><li>Posting adverts, screening CVs and arranging interviews</li><li>Interviewing and selection of candidates</li><li>Preparing all recruitment documents and updating databases</li><li>Ensuring compliance to internal policies and Cyprus labour law</li><li>Assisting in payroll procedures</li><li>Carrying out inductions for new employees and providing on-going HR support across departments / stores</li><li>Assisting in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when needed</li></ul>&nbsp;Candidate’s Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related subject</li><li>Excellent command of Greek &amp; English languages</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)</li><li>Minimum 2 years of relevant experience</li><li>Good knowledge of Cyprus Employment Law and best practices</li><li>Experience in the retail sector will be considered as an advantage</li></ul>&nbsp;Candidate’s Competences<ul><li>“Hands-on” approach</li><li>Ability to work well in a fast-paced work environment</li><li>Team player and cooperative</li><li>Communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on previous experience and qualifications</li><li>13th salary and annual bonus upon achieving group’s yearly budget</li><li>Full-time employment with 2 free afternoons (Wednesday &amp; Friday)</li><li>Group Medical Scheme</li><li>Group Retirement Fund</li><li>Group discount card – 20%</li><li>Continuous training and development opportunities</li></ul>&nbsp;Interested candidates are kindly requested to send their CV <a href="mailto:recruitment@mp-group.com">recruitment@mp-group.com</a>, quoting subject “HR Generalist”.Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a personal interview.All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.&nbsp;&nbsp;
