About Us We are a high-end interior design studio based in Cyprus, creating bespoke, elegant, and timeless spaces for discerning clients. Every project we deliver blends exceptional quality, flawless design, and distinctive style. As we expand and prepare to launch a brand-new premium furniture boutique, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on Showroom Opening Manager to take full ownership of the project — from concept to grand opening.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Lead the entire showroom opening process from scratch, ensuring every detail aligns with the brand’s vision.</li><li>Oversee showroom setup and styling to deliver a world-class visual experience.</li><li>Manage ordering, shipping, and installation of display pieces.</li><li>Coordinate branding and visual identity (signage, printed materials, packaging).</li><li>Drive marketing &amp; PR efforts: local media, brand partnerships, website launch, and more.</li><li>Plan and execute the grand opening event — from guest invitations to an unforgettable launch celebration.</li><li>Develop and grow our social media presence, run digital campaigns, and work with influencers.</li><li>Create and implement a sales strategy to maximize showroom performance.</li><li>Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers.</li><li>Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the project.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>5+ years of experience in premium retail (furniture, interiors, or luxury goods).</li><li>Proven track record in opening stores or showrooms.</li><li>Languages - Russian, English, Greek (as an advantage).</li><li>Strong understanding of luxury interior and furniture trends.</li><li>Excellent project management and leadership skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation abilities with suppliers and contractors.</li><li>Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under tight deadlines.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A leading role in launching a flagship premium furniture boutique.</li><li>Competitive salary + performance bonus for a successful launch.</li><li>Career growth opportunities in a dynamic, fast-growing company.</li><li>Work with exclusive products and inspiring design projects.</li><li>A supportive, creative, and highly professional team.</li><li>Relocation assistance to Cyprus. &nbsp;</li></ul>
