Assisting the Store Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts and help guide the team achieve their store targets!&nbsp;&nbsp;About the role…<ul><li>Be the shift lead when the Store Manager is not present.</li><li>Focusing on delivering excellent customer service to achieve the ultimate customer satisfaction rate for the store. You will create a customer focus environment.</li><li>Supporting new marketing initiatives for the store to attract new customers.</li><li>Inspiring all team members to follow your leadership and management style for the betterment of the store operation on day-to-day basis.</li><li>Managing the team during the shift in the best possible way to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience both for the customer and the Barista team.</li><li>Performing any other duties assigned by the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operation.</li><li>Contributing to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager .</li><li>Communicates any important information to Store Manager so that the team can respond as necessary.</li><li>Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.</li><li>Provides feedback to the store manager on partner performance during shifts.</li></ul>What are we looking for?<ul><li>A great Shift Supervisor&nbsp;with previous Barista experience, who loves to deliver great customer service and lead a team!</li></ul>We are looking for someone with the ability to:&nbsp;<ul><li>Direct the work of others</li><li>Learn quickly</li><li>Communicate effectively</li><li>Implement their knowledge of the hospitality environment</li><li>Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Work as part of a team and build relationships</li></ul>We’ll take you further by…Giving you the opportunity to grow your career in the coffee industry.
